Living on the mountain comes with front-row seats to some pretty spectacular sunrises and sunsets — when the weather decides to cooperate. After four long days of rain, it was easy to forget just how beautiful the view from my apartment can be.
Then last night’s sunset arrived, glowing and unapologetic, followed by this morning’s soft, golden sunrise — both gentle reminders that colour has a way of lifting the spirit. Even better, the forecast promises sunshine for the next few days, and I’m more than ready to welcome it back.
